Challenge Accepted 

Weight Warriors is a team structured fitness program focused on participation, teamwork, education, and RESULTS. Teams consist of a minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 participants. Sign up as an individual or with a group of friends. The program runs February 11th through May 3rd. 


The Breakdown 

What's Included? 

  • Weekly workout led by your team’s Certified Personal Trainer
  • Weight Warriors Team T-shirt (grouped by t-shirt color)
  • Free Cooking Demos/Nutrition Seminars
  • Bi-weekly fitness challenges- competing against other Team's time
  • Pre- & Post-Assessments (Weight, endurance, strength, & flexibility)
  • Prize package for the winning team
  • Weight Warriors MVP award






Official Registration begins on January 7th and closes February 4th! Weight Warriors is $75.00 per person. 

  • Purchase your Weight Warriors Program
  • An email will be sent to you after registration to complete the following
    • Indicate if you are signing up with a Team or as a "Free Agent"
    • Free Agents will list their availability for training
    • Teams- choose a captain and submit 1 form with the Team's availability
  • You will be matched up with your trainer after registration closes

KORU Mindfulness

4-week program 

Participants must attend all 4 sessions for credit/point

The Points  


Participation – 1 point for participation of each session/event/ challenge.

  • In addition: 1 point for each workout in or outside The WELL, with a max of one point per day.

Weekly Leader – 1 point for each teammate that shows up to work out with you. Scheduled meetings with the trainer, or team challenges, do not count. The teammate must sign-in within 10 minutes of the leader for credit.

Shirt – 1/2 point each time worn, with a max of a 1 point per day.


Extra Credit 

  • Earn 5 extra points by participating in the initial fitness test and 10 points by participating in the post- test.
  • Team Selfie Game – 1 point for each Team member in the Selfie photo taken at each session/event/challenge. Teams must #weightwarriors #wwteamcolor and tag @wellsacstate for full points.


Team Challenge Points - Each member receives 1 point for participating in the team challenge, 10 extra points for winning the challenge, 5 extra points for tying.

Top 25% 40 Points
Upper Middle 25% 30 Points
Lower Middle 25% 20 Points
Bottom 25% 10 Points


Assessments - Participant receives the weighted total from each assessment Example: If you receive 40 points for being in the top 25% of the participant total average for the cardiorespiratory assessment, then you will receive 40x.40 =16 points

Muscular Strength 20%
Muscular Endurance 20%
Flexibility 10%
Weight 10%

A total for all assessments (weighted) will be the total point value received
