Mindfulness Meditation is a 4 week program consisting of one workshop per week. Join one class or come to all four! This program is designed to help you learn a variety of mindfulness techniques through the practice of specific skills that calm and focus your mind through meditation. If you are feeling pressured and stressed, or just interested in learning a new skill that can enrich your life, these classes are for you!
