Two Ways to Pay

WELL Membership is included in the student fees for all Sacramento State Students paying the Union/WELL Inc. fee.

For non-students: The WELL offers two ways to pay! We have EFT and Short Term contracts. The first month of membership is pro-rated by the sign-up date. For more information stop by the WELL's Front Desk.  


Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

The WELL offers an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) option for most campus affiliate, alumni, and sponsored memberships. With this option your membership dues automatically transfer from your checking account between the 2nd - 7th of the month. This is our most popular membership option! 

EFT contracts have a 4-month minimum before they are eligible for cancellation. You are eligible to freeze your membership at any time at no additional cost for up to 3 months. To set up your EFT membership stop by The WELL's front desk with a voided check and valid form of ID. 


Short Term 

The WELL offers a short term payment option for campus affiliate, alumni, and sponsored memberships. This option allows you to pay for your desired number of months upfront with a 2 month minimum (one month plus a pro-rated month). 

Short Term contracts can be paid upfront by credit card, cash, or check. We offer 2, 6, and 12 month options. 



Refunds are only authorized in the case of a medical necessity (must be supported by a doctor’s note), or a death in the family (documentation required).

The method of refund will occur in the same payment type as the original transaction. If cash refund exceeds $50.00 or exceeds the amount of cash tendered in Point of Sale (POS) for day of refund, then customer will receive a check by mail. Cancellations and Adjustments Form

Cancellations for monthly EFT Memberships are eligible after a minimum term of 4 months from the purchase date. Monthly memberships require a 30 day written notice, and will be effective on the first of the month following 30 days from the date approval by the Member Services Manager.
