Start a new fitness routine and explore new recreational pursuits with our Fall 2020 Virtual Programs line-up!  We've got a little something for everyone and hope you will join us for these programs, services, and special events.  

Fitness Classes- live and videos on-demand 
Climbing Workshops
  • Gym to Crag- Build your climbing etiquette in the time of COVID19.  Hosted in partnership with ASI Peak Adventures!
  • Mental Training for Climbing- Improve your "head game" for climbing with this 6-week program.

  • Semester Prep Workshops- Gain skills needed to skillfully balance your time, so that you can work to create a sense of balance in the semester.
  • Mindfulness- Practice awareness of the present moment intentionally and without judgment.
  • Inclusive Fitness- Enhance your physical wellness through movement suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

Can The WELL open for indoor fitness and recreation?

The following tier system is currently in place per the California Industry Guidance: Gyms and fitness centers.  Sacramento County rates are currently in the purple tier.  If and when the Sacramento County tier changes we will then seek to obtain approval from Sacramento State Environmental Health and Safety to implement our plan. To learn more about the state's tier system and blueprint for a safer economy scroll to the resources below.  

  • Widespread (purple):
    • Outdoor only with modifications
  • Substantial (red): 
    • Indoor with modifications
    • Capacity must be limited to 10%
  • Moderate (orange)
    • Indoor with modifications
    • Capacity must be limited to 25%
  • Minimal (yellow)
    • Indoor with modifications
    • Capacity must be limited to 50%
