Reservation Requests 

Reserve space at The WELL for your next event!

Reservation Information

All reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance. The WELL facility reservation staff typically will respond within two business days to all inquiries. Reservations are made through OPUS! If you have an existing OPUS account, and need to add The WELL as a location for reservations, please email us to have your account updated. Include the account name you use to log into OPUS, so we can quickly update your account in our system. To use OPUS on a wireless connection, you must be logged into Global Protect.  If you are using a hard wired connection and are not able to connect to OPUS directly, you may also need to login to Global Protect. https://www.csus.edu/information-resources-technology/global-protect-vpn/

Tours and Accommodations

Tours can be arranged to view the available WELL space prior to making a reservation. For rental information regarding The WELL activity space (i.e. gym box, fitness studios, etc…), or to tour the various rental facilities at The WELL, please e-mail the Event Services staff. 

If you would like to make a reservation request within one week of the event you must e-mail Event Services to see if accommodations can be made.

Conference Rooms

All WELL conference rooms are carpeted with in-house sound, built-in screens, video projectors, and a varitey of table/chair setup options. 

Conference Room Rental Fees

The fees below are effective July 1, 2024 and for events that do not charge admission. Click here for all current rental rates.

Rental Agreements 

The person or organization named on the facility rental application assumes all responsibility for use of the facility. All renters are required to sign The WELL rental agreement. This agreement informs renters of their responsibilities. No rental agreement shall be considered approved until the contract is signed, and listed as confirmed by The WELL facility reservation staff.

Priority Use Schedule
