Frequently Asked Questions 

  1. Can I book a group fitness class through The WELL app?
    • No, we will continue to offer Group Fitness Class sign up through the Mind Body App  .
  2. How do I get my login info/ credentials?
    • We sent out an initial email with all of this information but if you missed it, thats ok! You can look these up right from the app or  we can look up your user name and reset your password at the Front Desk.  
  3. How do I reset my password?
    • You can use the "forgot my password" feature on the app or we can send you a link reset your password at the front desk. 
  4. Can I change my username?
    • No, we do not have the ability to change your user name. 
  5. Can I book personal training through the app?
    • This feature is not available at this time.  Please visit the Engagement Desk or Fitness Desk to get set up with Personal Training.  
  6. Can I make court/ racquetball reservations?
    • This feature is not available at this time.  Please visit the Enagagement Desk or Fitness Desk to get set up with Personal Training.  
  7. Do I need the app to use The WELL?
    • ​​The app is our main tool for facility access and reservations at this time.  If you do not want to use the app for facility access you will need to check-in with an attendant who can verify membership.  If you do not want to use the app for reservations you have the option of using the desktop/browser version or someone at the front desk can assist you with making a reservation.  
  8. Can I update my membership through the app?
    • ​You can update you address, phone, email and emergency contact information.  You cannot update financial information or update your membership status at this time. 
  9. Can I add to my passbook?
    • ​​​No, unfortunately the software company is still working on fixing this bug.
  10. Where can I find my reservation(s)?
    • ​​Once you have booked a reservation, select Bookings to view your reservations 
  11. Where can I get help using the app?
    • ​Visit the front desk or call us at 916-278-9355
  12. How do I book a reservation?
  • Open your WELL Member app & Log in
  • Click Bookings
  • Click Select Category & select your category – In-Person Visit
  • Click Select.
  • Click Date/Calendar Icon
  • Select your date.
  • Tap the actual date to open calendar
  • Choose the date of your visit
  • Click Select.
  • Click Start Time.
  • Select your desired check-in time.
  • Click Select.
  • Click Search.
  • Click on your desired check-In time spot.
  • Click Book.
  • Click Accept.
  • Select the Member for the appointment and click Next.
  • Click Confirm.
