Special Fitness Programs and Events

Can't get enough of our fitness classes? Grab some friends and join us for our Fitness Special Events. We host a variety of events each semester to keep you moving!

Group Fit Club! 

Earn a free exclusive Group Fit Club Shirt

Collect 12 points this fall to earn an exclusive Group Fit Club shirt. Registration begins February 19.

  • How to earn points: 
    • Attend In-person group fitness classes between March 4 and April 21
    • Ear extra points by attending Yoga Night on March 14 and/or Zumba Glow on April 9
    • Book your class on our website or on the MindBody App 

Points will be tallied from Zoom & MindBody participation. Shirts can be mailed or available for pick up.

Yoga Night - Thursday, March 14 at 7:30pm - Union Ballrooms

In collaboration with UNIQUE, join us for an evening of balance, breathwork and relaxation as your favorite WELL certified yoga instructors lead the way. This event will be open to the public and is a free event. Bring your friend or family member! 

Immediately after Yoga Night, the University Union will host a sound bath with Surya Sound Bath. A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening, meditative experience where guests are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced with intention by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice itself to invite gently yet powerful healing and restoration to nurture your heart, mind, and body.

Zumba Glow Party - Tuesday, April 9 at 6:30pm - Union Ballrooms

Dance, dance the night away!  Join us for a Zumba Glow Party with all your favorite music and instructors from The WELL. Be sure to wear neon or white and bring your own water bottle. Glow sticks will be provided while supplies last..

Class Reservations and Program Enrollments

The WELL utilizes MINDBODY software and app to schedule and reserve fitness classes!  With MINDBODY you can reserve your spot, and add a fitness class to your personal calendar ahead of time, so you never miss a workout!
