Special Fitness Programs and Events

Can't get enough of our fitness classes? Grab some friends and join us for our Fitness Special Events. We host a variety of events each semester to keep you moving!

Virtual Zumba Party 

October 29th, 6:15-7:30pm

Dance, sweat, and have fun! Start planning your costume now. Appropriate for all fitness levels.  Register ahead of time on the MINDBODY app.  

Group Fit Club

Earn a free exclusive Group Fit Club T-shirt or Tank 
Collect 12 points between 9/28 – 11/15.  Register by October 11th 

How to earn points: 
  • Take virtual classes between September 28 - November 15 (1 point per class) 
  • Post Sweaty Selfie!  #Wellgfc on Instagram (1 Point each; Up to 2 workouts on your own)
  • Post Furry Friend workout selfie! #Wellgfc on Instagram (Up to 1 furry friend post) 
  • Attend Zumba Halloween Party on 10/29 (1 point)
  • VOTE!  (Post 'I voted' sticker selfie on Instagram #Wellgfc) on 11/3 (1 point) 

Points will be tallied from Zoom class participation & Instagram selfies.  Shirts can be mailed or available for pick up

Class Reservations and Program Enrollments

The WELL utilizes MINDBODY software and app to schedule and reserve fitness classes!  With MINDBODY you can reserve your spot, and add a fitness class to your personal calendar ahead of time, so you never miss a workout!
