About Me: I believe lifelong heath and fitness leads to a long life of happiness and because of this I have been a personal trainer for over two years, while attending school in the pursuit of a Kinesiology degree. I am also an assistant high school wrestling coach who competes on occasion in Wrestling and Judo tournaments. My goal as a trainer is to instruct the client on how to become self sufficient and confident in their form, programming, and personal motivation. I also specialize in modifying movements to meet the needs or restrictions of the individual in safe constructive way. I also am a firm believer in practicing what you preach and lead a very active lifestyle, you will often see me here at The Well exercising in my off time.

About Me: Personal training has been my calling since November 2015. Health and exercise has always been my area of interest and it has been rewarding to share my knowledge with others. I have worked with people at all different fitness levels and recently have taken up group exercise classes. My athletic background includes years of distance running, wrestling at the high school and College level, and last year I competed in my first Men's Physique competition. My goal is to keep my clients motivated by maintaining a structured program and a positive attitude. The prevalence sedentary lifestyles is one of my biggest concerns. It is my goal to inspire others to take a step towards an active lifestyle because most often the hardest part is just getting started. Train with me, and I will provide you with that first step.

About Me: I hope to inspire all my clients to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. All my life I have played sports, but it wasn’t until I came here to The WELL that I started my fitness journey. My passion for fitness started when I wanted to improve my endurance and strength for equestrian sports. I have been riding horses competitively for over 10 years and plan to compete at the professional level. Working out has made me a stronger person inside and out. With my knowledge in exercise programming at all levels of fitness, I can help you reach your goals. I like to take a total body approach to working out, with emphasis on a certain muscle group per session. About Me: From an early age I have been passionate about physical activity. I always enjoyed moving my body, and pushing myself to see what I am capable of. When I got to college I realized I no longer had sports as a way of movement, so I began learning how to lift and moving for my body became more about weightlifting, and I fell in love with being strong. Not only did my body composition change, but so did my confidence. Once I started to develop the confidence in myself I knew I wanted to guide others to do the same. Working out has a way of not only helping our body, but also strengthening our mind to become more strong resilient humans, if you can push through a hard workout, you can push through anything! I became a personal trainer to help motivate, educate, and guide people along their fitness journey.
