Education: Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Education- California State University Sacramento
Certifications: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Alliance
About Me: I am a Sac State graduate in Kinesiology with a concentration in Physical Education. I realized my passion for fitness and wellness when I lost 75 pounds my senior year of high school. It was then that I decided to begin a career to help inspire others to find the same success in a joyful and healthy way. "Move better, live better." I enjoy hiking and running in Tahoe, cooking and meal prepping, practicing yoga and lifting weights.
About Me: Being a multi-sport athlete all my life has always required me to exercise on a daily basis. Ever since participating in dozens of kinesiology research studies throughout my college career, I have been fascinated in understanding how the body functions during exercise. I was given a chance to apply and develop that knowledge my senior year as a strength and conditioning intern for the Alabama Men's Basketball team. Through that experience, I developed a passion of working with individuals and teams to help accomplish their goals. My experiences since then has prepared me to work with nearly any client, no matter the challenge. My goal as a fitness professional is to help teach people how to create healthy habits for themselves so they become self-sufficient in their fitness journey.

Certifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Zumba, Zumba Step, UJam Fitness
About Me: "Stay active stay alive" this is my personal philosophy. I believe humans were designed to move and that when we give up on moving our bodies, our bodies start to give up on us. We are each born into a specific and unique body type, therefore training to look like someone/something else is a waste of time. Train for function not vanity and aim to achieve the strongest and healthiest body possible for you as an individual. I am a foodie, a natural hair enthusiast, a "Spartan" and a "Tough Mudder", that enjoys obstacle racing, skate boarding, paintball shooting, hiking, studying the bible, super hero comics and playing the drums.

About Me: Having spent most of my life on the stage, nothing is too big for me! I began my entertainment career at Disneyland in 2006 in the Character/Parade Department, and went on to study theater and dance all over California. Later, I called Universal Studios Hollywood my home for 5 years while dancing, acting, stilt-walking and even portraying the beloved “Lucy Ricardo” character from the renowned television series, “I Love Lucy.” Seeking more adventure, I journeyed out to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and dove into the world of Ballroom Dance. I became a Professional Ballroom Dance Instructor/Competitor, and won two 3rd place medals overall in the American Style Novice Division at two different competitions! While spray tans and gaudy jewelry might be a girl’s dream come true, my dream involved something different. It was during my brief time as a ballroom dancer that I discovered the true capabilities the human physique holds, so I began studying fitness and nutrition, and became a certified trainer. Upon my arrival back to California, I decided that I wanted to take it a step further, and spread my joy of fitness and well-being with everyone I meet!
Through my own experiences as a lifelong theatre performer and dancer, eating healthy foods and working out are not just a trend, these are two of the many components of an overall healthy lifestyle. When you tend to the physical well-being of yourself, your mental and emotional wellness begins to strengthen as a result. I believe that true success derives from our actions. Doing a little bit every day towards achieving our goals will get us there as long as we are patient and consistent. Never give up because you will always be one day closer as long as you stay the course... and what better place to achieve wellness than at the WELL!
Education: Bachelor's of Art in English- Wayland Baptist University
Certifications: NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
About Me: I believe that fitness is holistic and not only composed of physical activity, but also includes nutritional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual and emotional wellness. I don’t want people to just move and live; I want people to move and live with purpose. I apply this to my training in the form of functional movement- being able to apply hard-earned strength to real-world situations. I am also passionate about helping people in their weight-loss journeys.
My wife and I love international travel and spent five years in Southern Africa doing community development work before moving to the Sacramento area in 2013. Football takes up way too much of my time in the fall and I also enjoy ballroom dancing and dogs. (If you bring in a service dog, I WILL ask to pet it.)
If you are unsure about where to start, set up a time to see me for a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and start down your path to a healthy lifestyle.
