About Me: I have always had a heart for people and helping others achieve their goals. There isn’t anything quite like seeing someone persevere and achieve something that they have been working towards. I grew up playing sports and being an active person. After years of competition and fun with sports I went through a series of knee surgeries which ended up completely shifting how I approach fitness and physical wellness. I believe that you can achieve what you put your mind to and that with time and consistency you will reach your goals. Training for me is all about helping you get to where you want to be and being that motivator, positive voice and guide alongside of you as you put in the work and reach your goals. About Me: I hope to inspire all my clients to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. All my life I have played sports, but it wasn’t until I came here to The WELL that I started my fitness journey. My passion for fitness started when I wanted to improve my endurance and strength for equestrian sports. I have been riding horses competitively for over 10 years and plan to compete at the professional level. Working out has made me a stronger person inside and out. With my knowledge in exercise programming at all levels of fitness, I can help you reach your goals.

My passion has always been fitness - every aspect. It has been something I constantly fall back on and improve to help benefit myself and others. My hope for each of my clients is that they too find their passion not only for fitness but for achieving an overall healthy lifestyle.
I grew up playing sports including 15 years of soccer, and have experience in one-on-one training, group fitness and instructing hot pilates. I have spent the last year as a weight loss counselor helping my clients achieve all of their weight loss/nutrition based goals. I also have experience in bikini competitions. There is no dream too little or goal too big that cannot be obtained with a little motivation and a lot of hard work. My goal is to train with purpose, educate, and inspire each of my client to continuously pursue their best and healthiest self. My training philosophy is simple: set goals, work hard and enjoy the the journey to achieving optimal health.

About Me: I have a passion for helping others. I realized this when I went on my first of four mission trips to Tijuana, Mexico to build houses for impoverished people. I saw firsthand that with my time, talents, and treasures I am able to help others around me. I have always had a passion for helping others and for fitness. Growing up I played soccer for 14 years and being on a team helped me not only develop a sense of bettering oneself but also how capable we are of accomplishing things we didn't even know we could.
Using my growing knowledge of the body and how it functions I am able to help push my clients to reach their fitness goals. Fitness to me is about more than just numbers, more than just input and output. It's about how you feel at the end of the day, if you gave it everything you had, if you are proud of your efforts. Training with me will help you to learn new tools, techniques and good habits to lead a healthier lifestyle.
