If a person is not on the guest list then they will not be allowed into the WELLZONE. Guests must follow all Sac State Athletic Game Day Policies, including the clear bag policy. Group will have access to room one hour prior to kickoff Guests may arrive up until 30 minutes after kickoff Outside food and beverage is not permitted (including water bottles) Under no circumstances will any alcoholic beverages be permitted Guests will have access to the stadium through the gates on the lower level of the WELLZONE. Guests will have to show their wristband to gain re-entry into the WELLZONE from the stadium. Access to the stadium from the WELLZONE will close at the end of the third quarter and no reentry to the WELLZONE will be allowed after that point. Below are prohibited items: No outside metal, aluminum or glass containers for food or beverages will be permitted. Thermos containers or those similar in style will not be permitted. Sealed, single-serving juice boxes and baby formula/baby food are permitted. No umbrellas. Stadium cushions and blankets may be brought into the stadium as long as they do not exceed the maximum size allowed in the clear bag policy. Student Membership

In between the spring and fall semesters, incoming and continuing students not enrolled in Summer Session are eligible to purchase Summer Membership or $5 day passes as soon as they have a valid One Card. If you are taking any Sac State summer courses for session 1, session 2 or both - that means your Summer Student 2025 Membership begins May 19th and is valid through August 17th. …through the MINDBODY app! After you book you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your class reservation. Am I Required to Reserve a Class Ahead of Time? You are not required to reserve one of our free classes ahead of time. MINDBODY is a tool to reserve your spot if the class fills up, however, you are welcome to drop-in to any of our free classes! If there is space left in the class, the instructor will check you in even if you did not reserve a spot. However, for our paid Small Group Training classes, you must reserve through MINDBODY in order to pay for a semester pass, or for a single class drop-in. What's Reservable Through MINDBODY For The WELL? We currently have the following on MINDBODY: Free Fitness Classes: available to reserve two weeks prior to the class time. Small Group Training Classes: available to reserve 24 hours prior to the class time. Facility Tours
…tour to avoid a long waiting period. Tours typically last between 5 - 15 minutes. Individuals on a tour must stay with the group the entire time, and are not authorized to use equipment or take photos inside the facility. Large Tours The WELL provides large tours to school groups, clubs, organizations, and campus visitors. A large tour is classified as 11 or more individuals. Each tour guide can accomodate 25 individuals per tour. If your group has more than 25 people we will separate them into groups. Please indicate the size and demographic (children, teenagers, college students, or adults) of your group. We request large tours to be scheduled at least one week in advance. Schedule a Large Tour Small Tours A small tour is classified as between 1 - 10 individuals. Small tours provide a more intimate experience, and allow patrons to ask details questions. Small tours are available to potential students, alumni, affiliates, current students, and campus visitors. Please indicate the size and demographic (children, teenagers, college students, or adults) of your group. We request small tours to be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Schedule a Small Tour Specialized Tours Groups interested in learning about the WELL's LEED certification can schedual a specalized tour. The Well is a LEED Green Building project. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is governed by the U.S. Green Building Council. Sac State 5K Fun Run

To redeem your free guest pass simply stop by The WELL Front Desk on the day your guest would like to work out. Your unused free guest pass will not roll over from semester to semester. Self-Sponsored Guest Pass Guests are able to self-sponsored themselves for $5 with a valid One Card. Guests must present their One Card every time they enter the facility to receive the discounted $5.00 rate. Seven Day Consecutive Guest Passes One-week passes are now available for $35. The pass is valid for seven consecutive days starting from the date of purchase. Weekender Guest Passes Three-day weekender passes are $15 and available for use Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! …for non-WELL members. Family Climbing Family Climb is an opportunity for both WELL members and CSUS One Card holders to bring family and children to try rock climbing! Due to our climbing and harness equipment, children must be 25 lbs or more. Family Climb is held every Saturday excluding special events and holidays. Harnesses are provided.
